Order Cancellation
Once an order enters the packaging stage, it cannot be changed or canceled. To avoid any delays in shipping, please carefully verify that all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of disposable vape products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used items under any circumstances. Returns are only eligible if:
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The product arrived damaged in transit.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Time Frame
- Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Process

- Provide Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping the Return: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you are approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale
- Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
