Welcome to BangPuff (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By accessing, using, or placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website and placing an order.
General Terms
- By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and related policies (including the Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into contracts. If you are using this website on behalf of a business, you must obtain authorization.
- All intellectual property rights on this website belong to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
Ordering Rules
- Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons such as stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Orders already paid for will be fully refunded if cancelled.
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but do not guarantee they are completely error-free. Colors, sizes, etc., may differ slightly from the pictures. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
Payment Rules
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer (including SEPA), major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and some cryptocurrencies.
- Payments are securely processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive payment information. We may cancel orders if payment fails.
- You must pay the full amount (including product price, shipping costs, and taxes) when placing an order.
Shipping Rules
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak periods; in case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.
- Delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days (depending on location, customs, etc.). This is an estimate and not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and shipping address, which you can view at checkout. Import duties and fees for some countries are the responsibility of the customer.
- After your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
- Please provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Order Status Explanation
- Pending Payment: Order created, pending payment;
- Suspended: Order suspended due to payment confirmation, suspected fraud, or other reasons. We will contact you to resolve the issue;
- Processing: Payment confirmed, order is being prepared;
- Shipped: Order shipped, can be tracked using the provided tracking number;
- Completed: Order delivered and signed for;
- Cancelled: Order cancelled by you or us (see ordering rules). Paid orders will receive a refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
- A 14-day return and exchange policy applies, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and accessories, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Some special products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For returns and exchanges, please contact customer service (email/WhatsApp) within 14 days to obtain return authorization and address. You will usually be responsible for return shipping costs (except for product defects or our errors).
- We will process returns within 7-10 business days of receiving them, and refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact customer service within 7 days; we will arrange a free return or exchange.
Account Management
- Please create an account through “Register” and ensure that the information is accurate and updated promptly. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities under your account.
- If you forget your password, please reset it through “Forgot Password” (identity verification may be required); please update your personal information in “Account Settings”.
- We reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account due to violations, fraud, or other reasons. You can also contact customer service to cancel your account.
Privacy and Liability
- We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
- We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of this website or purchase of products. Products are provided “as is” without warranty of defects.
- You shall indemnify us for any loss caused by your use of this website, purchase of products, or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation with Customer Service. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be brought in the courts of the State of California.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any right to enforce future obligations. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
