How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery from our Chinese warehouse typically takes 12-15 business days, depending on your location. In some cases (such as holidays, severe weather, or customs delays), delivery time can be up to 20 business days. If your order is shipped from our EU or Japan warehouse, delivery time is 3-7 days.

Why can’t I track my order?

If your tracking number doesn’t show any updates, it could be due to:

  • A recent shipment that hasn’t been scanned by the courier yet

  • A minor delay in tracking updates from the logistics provider

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking again.

Why is my tracking status not changing?

Delays in tracking updates can be caused by:

My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven’t received the package. What should I do?
